Kristen ArietaKristen attended the MassSTAR conference in 2022 representing Silver Lake Regional High School. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame studying Finance and Classics.
After her delegate year, she has served as a Junior Facilitator (2023) and on Junior Operations (2024 and 2025). She just recently joined the board in Winter 2025 as a Director of Development. Kristen has continued to stay involved with the MYL Foundation because she is extremely grateful for the lessons she has learned and the relationships she has built each year through MassSTAR. She enjoys supporting delegates as they learn, connect, and grow into confident leaders, and getting the opportunity to play any role in creating a meaningful experience for another delegate is why she continues returning to the conference. Kristen wanted to get involved with the Board because its members truly inspired her, and she saw it as a great way to continue giving back to such an amazing organization. |
