Raina IttnerRaina attended the 2017 MassSTAR Citizenship Conference in 2017, representing Minnechaug Regional High School. Following high school, she received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Masters of Education in Higher Education Leadership at Endicott College. Currently, she works at a college in the Student Activities and Leadership Development Office, working with student leaders in event planning and involvement.
After her delegate year, she has served a variety of different roles for the annual conference, including a Junior Facilitator (2018), Senior Facilitator (2024, 2025), Facilitation Staff Captain (2025), and most recently serving as one of the Conference Leaders (2026). She has served on the Board of Directors as one of the Directors of Alumni Relations (2024, 2025), and most recently joined the Executive Team as Secretary (2026). Raina values the inspiration, leadership skills, and the sense of belonging she received through attending the conference as a delegate. She enjoys helping create an environment for leaders to feel empowered, supported, and motivated to lead in their schools, communities, and beyond! She is incredibly appreciative of the community of MYL for challenging her and providing her the opportunity to learn and grow from many student leaders across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. MYL helped guide her into her career of working with student leaders in higher education settings. She looks forward to the conference every year to meet humans who are helping to make the world a better place! |
