Alexander represented Braintree High School at the 2013 MassSTAR conference. He remains actively involved in the Massachusetts Youth Leadership Foundation, serving as the Assistant Grant Coordinator and the Director of Recruitment for the 2016 MassSTAR conference. Alexander is determined to foster his conference's thematic notion, "Raise Your Voice." He is thrilled to share his enthusiasm and passion for empowering citizenship with all the delegates, helping them embrace his goal of creating a better tomorrow.
MassSTAR provided Alexander with the opportunity to refine his leadership skills while forging relationships with other delegates from across the state. He is committed to abolishing prejudices regarding youths ability to make a positive difference in their local community and global community. "We all have an obligation to perform community service, however, with a little MassSTAR spirit, one's potential is unlimited," Alexander zealously emphasizes.
Alexander currently attends the University of Vermont where he studies Chemistry and Neuroscience. When not in the library, he is actively involved in the UVM Student Government Association, Dewey House for Civic Engagement, intramural sports (especially volleyball), and the Ski and Snowboard Club.
