The MassSTAR Citizenship Conference Staff is comprised of passionate, energized volunteers who are committed to providing the 2023 Delegates with an outstanding weekend. Our junior and senior facilitators lead groups of 8-10 delegates, facilitating discussions, providing guidance, and serving as mentors for the delegates. Our junior and senior operations staff work behind the scenes to oversee the logistics of making the conference happen, supporting the facilitators, and closely working with the Conference Planning Committee to execute the weekend's activities.
